주님 변모 축일경축 행사가 주변모 수도원에서 이루어지다.

인천 성 바울로 성당 교우분들은 지난 8월 6일 청평 수도원을 방문하여 "주님 변모 축일" 성찬 예배에 참여하였다. 이날 주변모 수도원 원장되시는 소티리오스 대주교님(피시디아의 대주교)의 명명축일과 수도원 명명축일을 경축하였다. 이른 아침부터 지역 성당 교우분들이 참여하였고 정기 여름 수련회를 맞이했던 학생들도 참여하였다. 소티리오스 대주교 그리고 암브로시오스 대주교를 비롯하여 지역 신부들 및 일본 정교회 신부의 공동집전으로 진행된 성찬예배에 미국, 러시아, 루마니아, 세르비아, 유크라이나 및 일본에서 온 해외 정교회 교우분들도 참여하였고, 축일 식사후에는 수련회 학생들이 준비한 특별 발표회도 갖었다. |
| On the Feast Day of the Transfiguration of our Lord we celebrated also the Nameday of His Eminence Metropolitan Sotirios of Pisidia (the First Metropolitan of the Orthodox Metropolis of Korea). Several local Orthodox parish members from Seoul, Pusan, Incheon, Jeon-Ju, Ulsan, Chun-Cheon and Palangri, Yang-Gu, participated at the Feastival Divine Liturgy officiated by the two Metropolitans, H.E. Sotirios of Pisidia and H.E. Ambrosios of Korea along with local priests including a clergy from Japan, and followed by Fellowship hour and the Orthodox youth members' Presentations who were having their annual Summer English Camp organized by the Metropolis of Korea with assistances of the volunteer English Teachers from the States, Japan and local parishes. |  |
