January 1st has two major Feasts, the Cirsumcision of our Lord and St. Basil the Great. After the New Year Doxology we cut the loaf of Vasilopita in which has a lucky coin.

2013년 새해 첫날 요한 박진성의 모친과 형은 "모니카" 와 "바실리오스" 이름으로 정교회 예비신자로 입적되었습니다. 주님의 은총으로 세례를 받고 정교인되기를 우리 모두는 기원합니다.

On New Year' day a parent and a brother (twin) of John Park became catechumens with the new names, "Monika" and "Basil". We warmly welcome you !!
